Dalton Costa

He was born in Goiânia in 1955. He graduated in Visual Arts in 1975 from the Federal University of Goiás. He lives and works in Maceió, Alagoas for many years. He is active as an artist who deals with objects found in order to assemble his assemblages. He also directs, along with his wife, the artist Maria Amélia Vieira, the Karandash Gallery, specialized in Brazilian Contemporary Art and Outsider Art.
