Aldemir Martins

Painter, engraver, draftsman, illustrator. In 1941, he participated in the creation of the Cultural Center of Fine Arts in Fortaleza with Antonio Bandeira, Raimundo Cela, Inima de Paula and Mário Barata. In 1045 he left for Rio de Janeiro and then moved to São Paulo where he made his first exhibition. And, 1959 receives the prize of travel abroad of the Salon of Modern Art and stays for two years in Italy. The figurative theme always accompanied him as well as the intense colors and contrasts.
